Today Bobby Horvath of WINORR rushed over to the pond by the nest once he heard Dad was in distress and injured. Bobby waded into the water and successfully netted Dad and brought him to safety. The Centerport Fire Department assisted us today when Bobby got out of the pond. We want to thank Bill Bennek for giving us access to his property to rescue Dad. Dad is now at WINORR being cared for by Cathy Stpierre. Our prayers are with Dad and Cathy for providing 24/7 care for Dad.
