Late afternoon Dad heads to the spruce for some sun. He seems to notice something very far off in a distance and takes off towards Centerport Harbor. All of the photographers watch him take off, soar over the bridge and head towards the shore where he picks up an eel. (thus, Eagle Eye!) He brings it to a dock for a bit and enjoys some. He then decides to take the rest home to Mom and he soars over the bridge. Crossing over the bridge he encounters a pesky seagull who wants some of his eel for dinner.
