For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination for nature and wildlife. I started following several Eagle Nest Cams about 6 years ago and became intrigued with them. I even took a trip to Alaska, for the scenery, and of course, to see the American Bald-Eagle in its natural environment.  I was in awe the first time I saw this Bald Eagle pair in Centerport. I couldn’t believe that I was actually going to have the opportunity to witness these amazing birds and the bond they have with each other and their young.  I have been so lucky and blessed to be able to watch them raise their young over the years. They are extraordinary parents.  I was always into photography but this beautiful pair has brought my interest in it to a new level.  My love and passion for these eagles has also peaked the interest of my son.  He has his own camera and can often be seen with me photographing them as well.  The joy and interest that we both share together is one of my simple pleasures and for that I am grateful.
